How do I book a taxi?

If you have a smartphone the easiest way to book is via our mobile app which allows you to book, track and pay securely in under 10 seconds.

You can also use the online booking system between 7am and midnight for a quick quote, payment and to book your ride. You can track your car in real time too.

How much does the app cost?

The All the sevens mobile app is free to download from the Apple store and Google Play Store.

Can I use the app if I have a corporate account?

Yes, corporate bookings can be made through our 24/7 call centre, integrated web booker or app. Account customers can manage reservations, request booking and journey reports as well as receiving detailed itemized monthly invoices.

How far can you take me?

All our journeys start or end in the Salisbury area. We can take you to the supermarket down the road, the hospital, the airport or as far as the north of Scotland. 

Can I cancel/rearrange my booking?

If you need to cancel or rearrange your taxi, you can manage your booking on our app or website. Alternatively, call us on 01722 777777.

Paying for your taxi

What payments methods do you accept?

All our taxis can take contactless card payments from all the major banks. You can use Apple Pay too. You can also use your credit or debit card to pay online or via our app. 

How do I get a receipt?

Drivers are able to give you a receipt in the vehicle if you pay by card or cash.

If you book online or via our app you will receive an email with your receipt.

I have been charged the wrong amount

Some banks are displaying the pre-authorisation as a separate entry in your bank statement. You can easily identify them as hey are usually returned to you right away or displayed as pending. Pre-authorisation holds are cancelled a the end of the booking and returned to you within a period set by your credit card provider. 

Your comfort and safety

Do you offer wheelchair access?

If you have a wheelchair let us know when you book and we can make sure there is a suitable vehicle ready to pick you up. 

What is your max amount of passengers per vehicle?

We have different size vehicles to suit your needs. All our cars can fit in 4 passengers and we have minibuses too for larger parties. If you have a lot of luggage or a wheelchair, let us know when you book and we will send a suitable car.

What COVID-19 precautions have you put in place?

We understand that your transport must be safe, clean and reliable. In line with UK Government advice we follow Public Health England (PHE) recommendations and are committed to protecting our passengers, drivers and staff.

How can I rate my trip?

We love to hear from our customers. You can rate your trip on our app either by tapping on the ‘completed trip’ push notification or going back in the app while your driver completes the trip.
